Assemble 2.0 Tutorial

Brief description of the program's abilities

Assemble 2.0 is a structure generator or, more precisely, a constitution generator. It always requires the molecular formula. A variety of structural features can be specified. It is important to note that Assemble only accepts structural, not spectral, information. Assemble does not interpret any spectral features. It is a purely mathematical tool. All interpretation tasks, and consequentially all responsibility about their correctness, is left to the user. However, Assemble allows the user to enter the structural information in a form as it is derived from spectra.
